A Note on Our Page Being Reported — And the Bigger Picture

We want to address something openly and clearly.

Recently, our Facebook business page was reported and removed. After looking into it, we learned the report was tied to our use of the word “CrossFit” in our bio after we officially deaffiliated in November of 2025.

First and foremost—we accept responsibility for that oversight. Once we made the decision to go independent, we should have removed that language everywhere. That part is on us, and we fully own it.

What caught us off guard wasn’t the report itself, but the effort behind it. Someone took the time to verify our affiliation status, visit our facility, take photos, and submit them to CrossFit. That level of attention is… notable.

And honestly? We’ll take it as a strange form of flattery.

Because here’s what we believe: people who are focused on building something meaningful tend to invest their energy into improving their service, developing their people, and moving their mission forward. When your attention is locked on progress, there isn’t much room left for watching what others are doing.

Which brings us to the bigger issue.

We are all in the same fight.

In our community—and communities just like ours—chronic disease is winning far too often. Obesity, diabetes, heart disease, anxiety, depression, and preventable pain are affecting families every single day. There are more than enough people who need help, guidance, coaching, and support.

This is not a zero-sum game.

One gym succeeding does not mean another has to fail. One coach helping someone does not take opportunity away from another coach. There are plenty of people in our area who still need to be reached, educated, and empowered to live healthier lives.

We don’t believe reporting, tearing down, or policing each other is how that happens.

We believe leadership looks like collaboration.
We believe confidence looks like staying in your own lane.
We believe strength is built by lifting people up—not trying to slow them down.

So yes, we’ll correct the mistake. We’ll move forward. And we’ll continue doing what we’ve always done: showing up for our members, serving this community, and fighting the real enemy—chronic disease—with integrity and intention.

If you’re a gym owner, coach, or leader reading this: there’s room for all of us to win.

Let’s keep our focus where it belongs—on the people who still need us. 💪
