Program Description

Personal training starts with an assessment. Before we write a single workout, we look at how you move, talk through your training history, and get clear on what is actually going on with your body: the old shoulder, the bad knee, the back that flares up when you sit too long.

From there your coach builds a progression aimed at your goal, whether that is getting stronger, losing weight, coming back from an injury, or simply being able to carry groceries and play with your grandkids without paying for it the next day. Sessions are private, the pace is yours, and the plan changes as you change.

Some members train exclusively one on one. Others use it to build confidence before joining group classes, or to work on something specific alongside their regular training. Both work.

An Assessment First

We find out how you actually move before we program anything. It is the difference between a plan built for you and a plan pulled off a shelf.

Built Around Limitations

Old injuries, joint issues, surgeries, chronic conditions. We train around them rather than pretending they are not there or telling you to push through.

A Schedule That Fits

Shift work, kids, a job that changes week to week. Private sessions get booked around your life, not around a fixed class timetable.

Progress You Can Measure

We track what you lift, what you can do and how you feel, so progress is a number you can see rather than a vague sense that things are going fine.
